easy check-in housekeeping staff
The check-in process was quick. The housekeeping staff organized my toiletries after I rushed off for a morning meeting. (It was a lifesaver!)

I liked that the suites offer spacious rooms. The dining options were convenient. I found many restaurants were within short walking distance. The resort had several services I used without problems.
Finding my way to the room from check-in was difficult because the signage across the casino could be better for first-time guests.

The hotel includes many dining options that provide a great variety of options, so I was not stuck waiting for a 6 PM dinner reservation and could choose from excellent choices. This made dining convenient and flexible. There are restaurants for all tastes.

brightly lit casino lovely staff excellent suite great location
I appreciated the brightly lit casino. It was not as dark as others. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Suites are excellent here, offering plenty of space. The location is great providing easy access to attractions.
The hair dryer in the room was quite old. I did not use it.

The room was updated and located on the club level. It was comfortable and clean. The suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was luxurious.

The service in the club lounge was excellent for both breakfast and happy hour. The food at the Cut was of a high standard. It was delicious. There were many options.

the suite was marvelous and new. i enjoyed a spacious room. i loved the easy access to the sphere, it was just steps away. the staff smiled all the time, and was very polite.

luxurious stay
spacious room clean room many restaurants fine architecture
the rooms were spacious and clean. i also found many places to eat within the hotel.. grand canal shopping area was a highlight. it gave convenient access to various shops and restaurants. the architecture throughout the hotel is fine.
Signage could be better to locate the spa. I had difficulty finding it from the resort.

front desk staff were warm and friendly. they settled guests in quickly, even arranging early check-in. a late check-out was accommodated based on flight times, this shows good service.

many breakfast options exist. there is sure to be one that suits you. in-suite dining was very good for both quality and portion sizes. the hotel offers a variety of restaurants to choose from.

rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. connecting suites are available, giving families privacy. the room included a large living room overlooking the pools, a nice feature. the suites are really nice.
